Case study · Website & local SEO
Holloway Electrical.Cornwall covered.
A St Austell electrician and solar installer whose work came mostly from word of mouth. We built them a website with a page for every service, brand and town they cover, and we run their local SEO every month.

The brief
A busy local trade that Google barely knew about.
Holloway had the reputation and the reviews. What they didn't have was a website that told Google, page by page, exactly what they do and where they do it.
- 01
Four trades in one
Solar, battery storage, EV charging and electrical work, each with different customers asking different questions.
- 02
A wide patch
Jobs across mid and east Cornwall, from Newquay and Wadebridge down to Falmouth and across to Looe.
- 03
Buyers want proof
Nobody spends thousands on solar without seeing real installs, real kit and a local team they can trust.
- 04
Enquiries, not just visits
Every page had to make it easy to ask for a quote, whatever time of day someone was looking.
What we built
A page for every search their customers make.
More than thirty pages, each one built around a real search and linked to the others, so customers and Google can find their way from any service to any town.
- 01
Services
Every service, its own page.
Home and commercial solar, battery storage, EV chargers and electrical work, with separate pages for rewires, fuse boards, inspections and landlord certificates.
- Solar panels
- Battery storage
- EV chargers
- Electrical work
- 02
Brands
The kit customers search for.
Pages for the panels, batteries and chargers they fit, so someone searching for a particular brand finds a local installer.
- Aiko
- LONGi
- JA Solar
- Sigenergy
- SolaX
- Ohme
- Hypervolt
- Easee
- zappi
- 03
Towns
Ten towns, ten pages.
A page for each town they cover, from St Austell and Truro to Bodmin, Liskeard and Looe, each with its own local detail and the villages around it.
- St Austell
- Truro
- Newquay
- Falmouth
- Bodmin
- Liskeard
- and more
- 04
Proof
Real installs, updated monthly.
A gallery of their own solar jobs, each with the town and the exact panels, inverter and battery fitted. New jobs are added every month from their Facebook posts.
- Install gallery
- Kit specifications
- Accreditations
- Reviews
- 05
Enquiries
Easy to ask, day or night.
A quote form on every page that sorts each enquiry by job type, plus a chat assistant that answers questions about solar, batteries and chargers from Holloway's own information.
- Quote forms
- Chat assistant
- Click to call
- 06
Technical SEO
Built for Google from day one.
Fast on every phone, with structured data describing the business, its services and its areas, a clean sitemap and pages that link to each other in a way Google can follow.
- Schema markup
- Core Web Vitals
- Internal linking
- Sitemap
Every month
Local SEO is never finished.
Rankings slip when the work stops, so it doesn't. Each month we add their latest installs to the gallery, post real jobs to their Google Business Profile every few days and send a plain-English report on where they rank and what came in.
