Who we are
Automative SEO, 41 Pellymounter Road, St Austell, PL25 4PX. Phone 07592 792585, email sam@automative.agency. We're responsible for the personal details you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, website and what you're looking for. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying you.
Why we use it
To do what you asked: record your video review, build your demo page or arrange your call, and to follow up about it. Our lawful basis is your request (legitimate interests and steps before a contract). We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Your form is sent to us by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we work together and as required for our accounts. If not, we delete your details within 12 months of your enquiry, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
