Why it matters
Good work isn't enough if nobody says so.
Most happy customers would leave a review if they were asked at the right moment. Most businesses never ask, so their profile ends up telling only part of the story.
- 01
Nobody asks
Customers are happy, but nobody asks for a review, so the only people who leave one unprompted are the unhappy ones.
- 02
Reviews in bursts
A flurry after a push, then nothing for months. Google and customers both notice when the newest review is a year old.
- 03
No replies
Reviews left unanswered, good and bad. Customers read the replies as much as the reviews.
- 04
One bad review on top
A single unfair review sitting at the top of your profile, with no response, putting people off calling.
What we do

Built around how you already work, so asking for a review becomes part of finishing every job.

Within the rules
Genuine reviews only. No shortcuts.
Google doesn't allow fake reviews, paying or rewarding customers for reviews, or only asking the ones you know are happy. Breaking those rules can get reviews removed or your profile restricted. We ask every customer, honestly, and let the good work speak. Reviews are one part of your Google Business Profile and of every local SEO plan.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do Google reviews help my ranking?
Yes. The number of reviews, how recent they are and your rating all play a part in where you show on Google Maps. They matter even more in whether someone picks you once they see you.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google's rules, such as fake, abusive or off-topic reviews. We report those with the right evidence. For genuine negative reviews, a calm and professional reply usually does more good than removal would.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google doesn't allow rewards or incentives for reviews, and it can remove them or restrict your profile. The best approach is to ask every customer and make it easy.
Will you write reviews for us?
No. Fake reviews break Google's rules and can get your profile suspended. We only help you get genuine reviews from real customers.
How many reviews do I need?
There's no set number. What matters is how you compare with the businesses ranking above you, and that new reviews keep coming in. Your free video review shows where you stand.
Do I have to reply to every review?
You don't have to, but you should. Replies show customers you care, and a good reply to a bad review can win more trust than the review loses. We handle it for you.
